I am pleased that I have been able to make the transition to digital photography assisted by a number of younger photographers in the Jamaica Photography Society who keep updating themselves in the high tech aspects of the craft.  Some key reasons for my photographic development since joining this society is the exposure to members with varying photographic interests, getting the opportunity to share my experience with younger photographers and the opportunities to learn from photographic training workshops organized by the Society.  Additional benefits of being a member of the Society are the prestigious image of the Society, securing group discounts from vendors, discovering new photography attractions through group outings and participation in internal challenge competitions that extend my photography skills.
